    At the London restaurant’s first outlet in Southeast Asia, Burger & Lobster serves what they proudly know from years of research and development – The Lobsters (lobsters steamed, grilled, or in a chilli sauce), The Lobster Rolls (classic, Seven Samurai, or The Chilli) and The Burgers (made from supreme halal-grade beef from Stanbroke, Australia, to produce the best texture and flavour).

    The signature dish at its outlet in Resorts World Genting is the Chilli Lobster which is served in a claypot with brioche.

    Lobsters are kept in a custom-made seawater system where they are carefully monitored to ensure optimal conditions at all times. From Canada to Resorts World Genting, they remain plump, juicy, and in top form.

    The menu in Malaysia shares a theme identical to Burger & Lobster in London, with variations specially designed for Resorts World Genting. Its unique location on high altitude calls for special attention to kitchen operations, but the chefs are more than equal to the challenge.
