- The Genting Rewards Member’s Day event is open to all the Genting Rewards members, including SkyCard holders.
- The 5x Tier Points (TP) and or 5x Genting Points (GP) monthly earning dates are the 18th of every month from February until December 2023.
- Genting Rewards members may enjoy extra TP earnings at all the participating outlets (excluding hotels), including participating outlets at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets & Johor Premium Outlets, and extra GP earnings at the selected participating outlets listed above, via cash, credit/ debit card, e-wallet payment.
- Genting Rewards members are required to be personally present upon payment and present a valid and unexpired Genting Rewards or SkyCard to qualify for the extra TP and/ or GP earnings.
- Any requests/ appeals for the reimbursement of TP and/ or GP shall not be entertained in the event that the Genting Rewards member is not personally present to produce a valid Genting Rewards or SkyCard upon payment.
- In the months of February, April, and August 2023: Genting Rewards members qualify to earn five (05) lucky draw chances for Lucky Wednesday for every RM100 spent (with GP/ TP earned) at Resorts World Genting-owned outlets that reward 5x TP & GP (refer to the list above).
- In the months of March, May, June, July, September, October, November, and December 2023: Genting Rewards members qualify to earn one (01) lucky draw chance for every RM100 spent (with GP/ TP earned) at all the participating outlets (including Genting Highlands Premium Outlets and Johor Premium Outlets).
- Genting Malaysia Berhad employees are not eligible to participate in the monthly lucky draw.
- The lucky winners of the monthly draw will be announced on the first week of the following month and will be notified via SMS or email. The Organiser will not be held responsible should there be any error, delay or defect in notification via SMS and email to the winners.
- The Organiser will not be held liable in the event that incorrect contact details are provided by the winning Genting Reward member.
- All prizes must be claimed within two (02) months from the month of the announcement. All unredeemed or unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- Winners are required to collect the prize voucher from the nearest i-Kiosk or via the RWG mobile app before exchanging it at the Guest Services Counter located at Genting Grand (opposite The Bakery). No prize collection on behalf of the winner is allowed.
- The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.
- Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to cancel, add or amend the Campaign, Promotion, Offers and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
