• Tea Talk with Mr Aaron Chia

    Mr Aaron Chia, EVP of Resorts Operations lent a listening ear for Feb 29’s Tea Talk at the Meeting Point cafeteria. Staff members ranging from Assistant Vice Presidents and Assistant Managers to Bell Assistants and Croupiers attended the session. A majority of the feedback he received was focused on the food served in the internal cafeterias. Among them were:

    • The Meeting Point cafeteria should begin operations earlier at 6a.m.
    • Request to have more fruits available
    • Food sold at Meeting Point and third party vendors are expensive
    • The volume of food served at Meeting Point is not sufficient to cater for the large number of staff members
    • Upgrade the supper menu to include more variety like burgers and chicken chop
