The
original promotional voucher must be presented to the front
desk/reception desk upon check-in. Normal room rates will be charged
upon failure to present/produce the original promotional voucher.
All room bookings must be made in advance via online, SMS or
phone. Walk-in guests (even though holding the room promotional
vouchers) will not be entertained.
The
promotional rate is offered to guests who checked-in on or before
6pm. Failing which, guests will pay the applicable
normal rates. No appeals or complaints will be entertained.
The promotional vouchers are
NOT for sale. The Management reserves the right to cancel or
invalidate any such voucher(s) immediately without further notice, if
a person has obtained the voucher(s) by sale or has breached any
terms of the voucher(s).
Rooms are not valid (for all promotional voucher bookings) on the
following dates:
10 & 11 September 2010
5 & 6 November 2010
25 & 31 December 2010
1 January 2011
Online Bookings
Online room bookings can be made from 14 June 2010 until 28
January 2011, after which no bookings will be entertained.
Please ensure that your check-in dates are correct before submitting
your booking. Extensions, cancellations and requests for a change
of date will not be entertained.
Failure to utilise your room(s) at your selected check-in date(s) will
result in forfeiture of any payments made, as well as nullifying
the promotional voucher and the serial number used.
Room(s) cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
Please note that you must present the original promotional
voucher used for the online transaction along with the print-out
of the room confirmation email upon check-in.
SMS Bookings
SMS room bookings
can be made from 14 June
2010 until 28 January 2011, after which no bookings will be entertained.
The confirmation of your SMS reservation is subject to your
presentation of the original promotional voucher together with the SMS confirmation.
Normal room charges will be charged upon failure to present the
original promotional voucher during check-in.
