1. How do I qualify for the MasterCard Free Room Voucher?
Just charge a minimum of RM30.00 per transaction (excluding ePay and Touch n' Go) with the same Debit MasterCard card on 3 different dates at participating BHPetrol stations from 25 October to 30 November 2010 to instantly redeem a one-night free hotel stay at First World Hotel, Resorts World Genting. Valid on Low, Shoulder and Peak Season subject to daily room quota and on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. Who issues the MasterCard Free Room Voucher?
The room voucher is only issued by MasterCard to its eligible debit card members.


3. How do I redeem the room and RM10 cash vouchers? Will MasterCard send me the vouchers as soon as I charge RM30.00 on 3 different dates at participating BHPetrol stations or do I need to call / write in?
You may redeem the voucher through either of the following methods:

a) Instant redemption is from 29 October 2010 to 18 December 2010 (every Friday and Saturday, excluding State / Public Holiday). You can walk in to any designated Resorts World OneHub and bring along your original IC, Debit MasterCard card and three (3) original copies of the Debit MasterCard card transaction slips from participating BHPetrol stations - each with a minimum charge of RM30 (excluding ePay and Touch n' Go). All transactions must be made from the same Debit MasterCard card and on different transaction dates.
Fill in a redemption form at the Resorts World OneHub redemption counter with your personal details: Full name as per IC, NRIC number (New), mailing address & telephone number.

OR

b) Mail-in redemption is from 29 October 2010 to 31 December 2010 (both dates inclusive). You must send in the following details and documents / proof of purchase for redemption:
  i. Copy of your Identification Card
  ii. Copy of your Debit MasterCard card (revealing only the first 6 and last 4 digits)
  iii. The three (3) original copies of the Debit MasterCard card transaction slips from
       participating BHPetrol stations - each with a minimum charge of RM30 (excluding ePay
       and Touch n' Go). All transactions must be made from the same Debit MasterCard card
       and on different transaction dates.

  iv. Personal details - Full name as per IC, NRIC number (New), mailing address & telephone
       number

4. Where and when can I redeem the room voucher?
Instant redemption is from 29 October 2010 to 18 December 2010 (both dates inclusive). The room voucher can be redeemed at any Resorts World OneHub on Friday and Saturday only (excluding Public Holidays). Locations and operation hours as follows:

Note: Resorts World OneHubs are closed every Friday between 11.00 am and 11.30am.

5. What is the validity of the room voucher? When can the voucher be used?
The voucher is valid from 15 October 2010 to 10 March 2011 on Low, Shoulder and Peak Season.
It is not valid on 5 & 6 November 2010, 25 & 31 December 2010, 8 January 2011 and 3 - 7 February 2011 (total - 10 days). Please refer to the seasonal chart at http://www.rwgenting.com/mastercard/terms.htm accordingly.

*Confirmation of room is subject to availability and on a first-come-first-serve basis.


6. What should I do in the event that there is no voucher stock at the redemption counter at Resorts World OneHub?
You may redeem the voucher through either of the following methods:

a) Send in via normal mail along with the following details and documents / proof of purchase to: Debit MasterCard BHPetrol - Charge & Stay Promotion, P.O. Box 3373, 47509 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
  i. Copy of your Identification Card
  ii. Copy of your Debit MasterCard card (revealing only the first 6 and last 4 digits)
  iii. The three (3) original copies of the Debit MasterCard card transaction slips from
       participating BHPetrol stations - each with a minimum charge of RM30 (excluding ePay
       and Touch n' Go). All transactions must be made from the same Debit MasterCard card
       and on different transaction dates.

  iv. Personal details - Full name as per IC, NRIC number (New), mailing address & telephone
       number

OR

b) You may fill up a redemption form with your personal details (ie. full name, NRIC number, contact number and mailing address) and Debit MasterCard card number (only the first 6 and last 4 digits), and submit it together with your 3 original copies of the Debit MasterCard card transaction slips from participating BHPetrol stations (each with a minimum charge of RM30, excluding ePay and Touch n' Go. All transactions must be made from the same Debit MasterCard card and on different transaction dates). The verification will be done through the redemption form and 3 original transaction slips, and the voucher(s) will be sent to you via mail if you are qualified. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

OR

c) You may present your 3 original copies of the Debit MasterCard card transaction slips from participating BHPetrol stations (each with a minimum charge of RM30, excluding ePay and Touch n' Go. All transactions must be made from the same Debit MasterCard card and on different transaction dates) at the redemption counter and get the person-in-charge to sign on the back of all 3 transaction slips with the venue, current date and next redemption date. Then, fill up a redemption form with your personal details (ie. full name, NRIC number, contact number and mailing address) and Debit MasterCard card number (only the first 6 and last 4 digits) and submit it at the redemption counter. The voucher will be reserved for 1 week ONLY as stated on the back of the transaction slips.



7. How do I know if you have received my mail-in redemption request?
You may contact our hotline at +603-5635 1391 to check on the status before 14 January 2011 (Mondays to Fridays: 10am - 5pm, excluding Public Holidays).


8. How do I know if I am successful or unsuccessful in my mail-in redemption?
Same as above. You may contact our hotline at +603-5635 1391 to check on the status before 14 January 2011 (Mondays to Fridays: 10am - 5pm, excluding Public Holidays).
All redemptions are based on a first-come-first-served basis and only valid while voucher stocks last.


9. How many people can I bring along?
The room voucher is valid for one night stay in a Deluxe Room at First World Hotel (without breakfast) based on a twin-sharing basis. There is no option for extra bed at First World Hotel. The hotel policy is two adults per room with maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing the existing bedding arrangement.

10. Is there any discount given for extension night stay when using this voucher on the 1st night?
No discount for extension night stay will be given. The normal room rates shall apply. Alternatively, please log on to www.rwgenting.com for the latest room promotions.


11. How do we proceed with a room booking?
Making a room booking is simple. You are required to make a prior booking on or before 3rd March 2011 either by logging on to www.rwgenting.com/mastercard or through Genting WorldReservations Centre at +603-2332 2998 (daily from 10am to 6pm). For telephone bookings, a handling fee of RM15.00 will be imposed.


12. Why must I pay the RM15.00 handling fee if I book via phone?

The handling fee is only imposed for any reservation made through the phone as we have a dedicated phone line manned by experienced staff to provide personalized service to voucher holders. There is no such fee if the booking is done online (at www.rwgenting.com/mastercard).


13. When do we need to make a booking / confirmation on the booking?

All bookings must be made 7 days prior to check-in date, or before 3rd March 2011. Failing which, no extension on bookings will be entertained and the vouchers will be considered invalid.


14. What happens if I need to amend my booking after the booking has been confirmed? Can it be done?
Yes. Amendments can be done through the phone at +603-2332 2998. However, an administrative charge of RM30.00 per transaction will be imposed.


15. What information do we need to provide in order to confirm the booking?
You are required to provide the MasterCard Free Room Voucher, your NRIC number, telephone number, working email address and date of check-in.


16. Do we need to pay any deposit for the booking? If yes, how much?
No deposit is required. However, any handling fees (for bookings via phone) must be fully paid upon booking confirmation.


17. What do we need to present upon check-in at the front office?
You must present the original MasterCard Free Room Voucher, reservation number and identification card upon check-in at the First World Hotel front office. If booking is made online, please also present the email confirmation slip.


18. What time can we check-in / check-out at the hotel?
The official check-in time is 3.00pm and the check-out time is 12.00noon.


19. When can my voucher be used for check-in?
Your voucher is valid on Low, Shoulder and Peak Season dates. Please refer to the seasonal chart accordingly.


20. When can my voucher not be used for check-in?
Your voucher is not valid on Super-Peak Season dates, as well as 5 & 6 November 2010, 25 & 31 December 2010, 8 January 2011, and 3 - 7 February 2011 respectively.


21. I need to extend the validity of my room voucher. Can it be done?
We regret to inform you that no extension of room voucher validity is allowed.


22. I need to upgrade my room. What should I do?
We regret to inform you that no room upgrade or changing of hotel is allowed.
