Terms & Conditions:

• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is valid for unlimited entry all year round
  (365 days) to the Outdoor Theme Park, Genting Splash Pool and First World Indoor Theme Park.
  
  
• In addition, the holder may present the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard to earn WorldCard Points at over 1,600 WorldCard Participating merchant outlets.
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is valid for ONE year from the issue date (as stated on the Passport) and is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
  
  
• WorldCard Points accumulated with the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard are not transferable.
  
  
• WorldCard Points shall have a validity period of two (2) years and such points shall automatically lapse or expire after the said two (2) years period if: (a) the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is not renewed during the said period; or (b) the holder fails to make an application for the transfer of the points to a new thematic WorldCard (provided that such a transfer can only be made if the holder is eighteen (18) years old and above and does not have any other type of WorldCard).
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash and is NOT valid with any other on-going promotions.
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is NOT TRANSFERABLE and may only be used by the person whose name and photo appears on the card.
  
  
• No changes are permitted to be made on the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard once it is issued.
  
  
• Payments made are non-refundable if the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is cancelled or not used.
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard holder must present the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard for admission to the Genting Theme Park; otherwise, Genting Theme Park can refuse his/her entrance. In the event of dispute, the decision of Genting Theme Park will be final.
  
  
• Genting Theme Park reserves the right to confiscate the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard for any misuse of by the holder.
  
  
• RM 30 per each issuance of new Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard will be charged for replacement of any lost or damaged Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard.
  
  
• All Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard holders entering the Genting Theme Park are to comply with all Genting Theme Park’s rules & regulations, which are stated at the entrances to Genting Theme Park.
  
  
• All benefits, discounts, terms and conditions of the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the management of Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Management”) at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard is the property of Genting Malaysia Berhad, to whom it must be returned to if found or upon request.
  
  
• The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to the terms and conditions stated herein without notice to the holder and/or withdraw and/or suspend the usage of the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• Use of the Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard constitutes the holder’s acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
  
  
• The Genting Theme Park Annual Passport WorldCard shall also be subject to the general terms and conditions governing the WorldCard program. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the general terms and conditions of the WorldCard program and the terms and conditions herein contained, the terms and conditions herein contained shall prevail to the extent of the discrepancy or inconsistency.
