Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid until 31 August 2010 for Low season only. Extension of validity is not allowed.

2. Prior booking must be made by logging on to www.rwgenting.com or contact Tel: 03-2332 2988 (RM15 booking fees is applicable for phone booking) from 10am - 6pm daily, after which, no booking will be entertained.

3. Offers are strictly non-transferable and not applicable with any other on-going promotions.

4. The name on the voucher must be the same as the name of the person who will be checking in.

5. Any alteration or amendments made on the receipt will be considered null and void.

6. Guest are not allowed to change their hotel / room category and/or check-in date from Low season to Shoulder / Peak season.

7. The original official receipt must be presented upon check-in, failing which normal room rates will be charged.

8. Confirmation is subject to room availability on a first come first serve basis based on room quota.

9. Once booking is confirmed, no amendments or cancellation will be entertained.

10. Payment made is non-refundable if the room is not used (no show).

11. Lost of official receipt due to whatsoever unforeseen circumstances will not be replaced. If replacement is done, it is based on the sole discretion of the management and a nominal administration fees of RM30.00 per receipt will be imposed.
