Terms & Conditions

  1. The validity dates are stated on your FREE Room Bonanza room stay voucher.
     
  2. Prior booking can be made either by logging into the website OR by contacting 603-2615 9838 from 10.00am – 6.00pm daily. After which, no booking will be entertained. (For phone booking, a surcharge of RM15 per transaction will be imposed.)
     
  3. Extension of validity period or changing of hotel is strictly prohibited.
     
  4. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or in-kind. Lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced.
     
  5. The confirmation of your reservation via the website is subject to your presentation of the original voucher with the confirmation email upon check-in. Normal room charges will be charged upon failure to present the original voucher during check-in.
     
  6. Walk-in guests will not be entertained.
     
  7. Confirmation is subject to room availability on a first-come-first-serve basis based on room quota.
     
  8. Once booking is confirmed, no amendment or cancellation will be entertained.
     
  9. Free room stay is offered to guests who check-in on or before 6pm. Failing which, guests will have to pay the applicable normal rates. No appeals or complaints will be entertained.

This voucher is NOT for sale. The management reserves the right to cancel or invalidate this voucher immediately without further notice if a person has obtained this voucher by sale or has breached any terms of this voucher.
