TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Holiday Card
is not refundable once online transaction has been conducted
successfully.
- Collection of
Holiday Card is subject to 3 days grace period for
operator's preparations from the date of online purchase.
- Customer(s)
will be given a three-month period to collect the Holiday
Card(s) from the selected date.
- Holiday Card(s)
will be forfeited if the customer(s) did not show up or
collect the card(s) during the Collection Validity Period.
- Holiday Card(s)
will not be released or issued, if the customer(s) failed to
present the following items for verification:
1. Identification Card / Passport
2. Credit Card used to purchase the Holiday Card
3. A copy of the confirmation email/slip
- All unutilised
prepaid value in the Holiday Card will be forfeited and not
refundable after expiry date.
- Holiday
Cardholder must present Holiday Card to redeem for products
on the spot upon making payment at participating outlets.
The Cardholder is required to sign on the transaction slip
for verification purposes.
- Cardholder
with sufficient prepaid value or through Fast Track (Prepaid
Value + Cash or Credit Card) may redeem Genting products
made available by respective participating outlets.
- A maximum of
three (3) Holiday Cards can be used per transaction for
booking made via phone.
- All
participating outlets are subject to availability of stock
and outlets reserve the right to replace, change or alter
any item without prior notice.
- Prepaid value
utilised for redemption for products will be deducted from
the Card. No Loyalty Points will be accorded for all
redemption transactions.
- If products
have been redeemed using any prepaid value that has been
fraudulently or wrongfully earned, the Cardholder shall be
liable to refund to the payment of products.
- Once the
participating outlets accept any redemption request, it
cannot be revoked, amended, cancelled, returned or exchanged
for other items.
- Participating
outlets reserve the right to refuse any request for
redemption or recall any products redeemed if the outlets
reasonably suspects the prepaid value used by Cardholders
were fraudulently or wrongfully recorded.
- The Holiday
Card value or any unused value are NOT refundable,
transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- The Holiday
Card must be presented upon payment.
- Lost Holiday
Card is not replaceable.
- Not applicable
on special promotions, discounts and convention/seminar
packages.
- Only valid for
FIT booking and payment is available at respective property
check-in counters.
- Not applicable
for booking through travel agents.
- Applicable at
First World Hotel, Resort Hotel, Theme Park Hotel, Awana
Hotels & Resorts, all shows
and concerts organised by Genting - City of Entertainment,
all Theme Park Unlimited Ride Passes, SnowWorld, Sky
Venture, participating F&B outlets only.
- Holiday Card
is not applicable for room reservation during super peak
season.
- Not applicable
for tobacco and alcoholic beverages.
- Subject to
availability and other operating terms & conditions.
- Any dispute on
the prepaid value balance, please notify WorldCard (email:
hotline@worldcard.com.my hotline: 603-2179 1888) within 30
days from the date of the transaction.
- The offers
extended by each participating outlet are governed by their
respective terms and conditions.
- The Card will
not be accepted if the Card (a) has expired; (b) is invalid;
(c) is damaged; (d) does not carry the Cardholder's
signature or (e) is not acceptable under any other reasons,
rules and regulations which the participating outlets may
impose from time to time.
- Information
printed here is correct at the time of posting.
- Management
assumes no responsibilities for any consequences arising
from error or omissions in value redemption. Management
shall not be liable for the condition of the participating
outlets’ products or benefits and any disputes arising there
from shall be settled between the Cardholder and the
participating outlets of the relevant Products or Benefits.
