A3. With the Holiday Card, you will enjoy 15% discount on your
purchases. You will also be one of the pioneers to enjoy the
cashless experience at Genting Highlands Resort and Awana Hotels
& Resorts.
Q4. When can I use the Holiday Card?
A4. You can use your Holiday Card during your visit to Genting
Highlands Resort and Awana Hotels & Resorts within the validity period stated on the card.
You must present your Holiday Card upon your purchase at the
participating outlets.
Q5. Can I use it together with my WorldCard?
A5. No. You cannot use it together with your WorldCard.
Q6. Is there any extra charge/fee implied?
A6. No. There will not be extra charges. Purchase the Holiday
Card at RM85/RM255 for the value of RM100/RM300.

Q9. Can I use the Holiday Card for discounted and promotional
items?
A9. No. The Holiday Card is not applicable on special
promotions, discounts and convention/seminar packages, or
redemption for banquet.
Q10. Who is eligible to purchase/use the Holiday Card?
A10. Everyone is eligible to purchase the Holiday Card.
Q11. How do I check my Holiday Card’s value/balance?
A11. You may approach any of the point of sales to check your
balance when you make your payment.
Q12. Can I transfer my current card value to another card?
A12. No. The value is not transferable nor exchangeable for
cash.
Q13. What if my card is spoilt?
A13. During the transaction, if your card has an error and is
unable to go through, a new card will be replaced at the
respective point of sales.
Q14. What if my card is lost/stolen?
A14. No refund will be given.
Q15. Can I use more than one Holiday Card in a transaction?
A15. Yes.
Q16. How many Holiday Cards can I use in one transaction?
A16. There is no limitation of cards in one transaction if
you make your purchase at the point of sales. However, purchase
made through phone is limited to six (6) Holiday Cards per
transaction.
Q17. What if my balance is not enough to settle the payment?
A17. You may settle the balance with cash or credit card. |
