Special dishes to try out includes Signature Hangzhou Xiao Long Bao and Beijing dumpling, La-Mien with pork ribs, La-Mien with minced meat, Knife-cut noodles with pork ribs, Knife-cut noodles with minced meat and Shanghai style boiled ‘Bao’.

The mouth-watering La-Mien is a type of traditional hand-made Chinese noodle, with perfectly skillful hand-making process involves taking a lump of dough and repeatedly stretching it to produce many strands of thin and long noodle.Then, the noodles will be served in soup or minced meat-based sauce, making it an ideal for enriched Chinese authentic dishes.

Hailed as maestro for his 15 years of experience in making La-Mien and Knife-cut noodles skills, Chef Gou Lin Ping is specially flown-in from China. Throughout his excellent career, Chef Gou Lin Ping has displayed his expertise in various establishments in his region including Restaurant Foong Wei in Chan Tatt, Restaurant Fong Wei and many more.
