Handling Of Oversized Luggage At Genting Skyway
  • Luggage with size exceeding 56cm X 36cm X 23cm (22in X 14in X 9in) will not be allowed into the Genting Skyway Gondola. Guests must check-in oversized luggage at the hotel front desk or Luggage Handling Counter.
  • Luggage Transfer Service (two-way, up & down) is available with a minimum charge of RM25.00 (5 units and below). Additional luggage exceeding five (5) units will be charged RM5.00 each.
  • Guests are advised to arrange for the Luggage Transfer Service via the Luggage Handling Counter at least two (2) hours in advance.
  • Free Overnight Luggage Storage (for large luggage) is available at Genting Skyway. Guests are advised to make use of this service and to only carry a day bag within the duration of their stay. Kindly ensure that you transfer all valuables and important documents into your day bag as well.
  • Luggage Handling Counter operation hours are from 7.00am to 10.00pm.
