Why do I receive an error message after keying in my ID or password?

Remember your Login ID
Did you use the right login ID? The eGENTING's online membership login ID is different from WorldCard's.

Check your Caps Lock
Make sure your 'Caps Lock' on the keyboard is off if your password is in the lower case.

Check your Num Lock
Make sure your 'Num Lock' on the keyboard is activated if you want to use it to enter a numeric password.
