  1. Period of stay is valid until 31st December 2009.

  2. This promotion is open to Genting WorldCard Green Card members and above with sufficient Genting Points and is subject to room availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.

  3. Redemption for Highlands Hotel room is open to Genting WorldCard (Silver Card and above) members only.

  4. Redemption for Resort Hotel and First World Hotel is applicable to all Genting WorldCard Green Card members and above.

  5. Redemption of room(s) is via Genting Points only. Partial payment via cash or credit cards is strictly NOT allowed.

  6. This promotion is applicable during Low, Shoulder, Peak and Super Peak seasons as per 2009 Genting Malaysia Berhad's Seasonal Chart.

  7. This promotion is only applicable until 31st December 2009. Reservation is through online via www.genting.com.my or www.worldcard.com.my and all the rooms pricing are based on tier basis and 2009 Genting Malaysia Berhad's Seasonal Chart.

  8. Each Genting WorldCard member is allowed to book 02 rooms per check-in date for a maximum of 03 nights.

  9. For the 2 rooms per check-in date, 01 room will be based on the "Genting Points Room Special" promotional rate.  Subsequently, for the second room booking, it will be charged according to the normal Genting Points rate.

  10. Promotional rates offered are subject to change at any time without prior notice based on room availability and the Management's discretion.

  11. Members are required to present their Genting WorldCard, Identity Card (IC)/Passport and confirmation reservation slip upon check-in at the hotel.

  12. Prior room reservation must be made with at least 24 hours in advance, and is subject to room availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.

  13. Once reservation is confirmed, no amendment or cancellation will be entertained.

  14. The room reservation is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email and full payment of Genting Points. Genting WorldCard members should contact us through email at worldres@genting.com or call centre at +603 2718 1118 immediately if he/she fails to receive a confirmation email for any reasons.

  15. Any member who purchased the "Genting Points Room Special Promotion" must check-in by 6.00pm. Failing which, the guest will pay the applicable normal rates. Appeals and complaints will not be entertained.

  16. Should there be any discrepancy on the details in any of the above documents, the reservation shall be invalid and there will be no refund.

  17. The member who made the room reservation must be the same person who will be checking in. Check in by proxy is not allowed.

  18. Payment made via Genting Points is non-refundable if the room is not used (no show).

  19. Any alteration or amendment made on the original receipt will be considered null and void.

  20. The promotion is non-transferable, non-upgradeable and not applicable with any other on-going promotions and non-exchangeable for cash.

  21. Genting Malaysia Berhad (formerly known as Resorts World Bhd) reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
