1) What happens if I have lost / misplaced / forgotten to bring my Genting Rewards Card?
For lost or misplaced Genting Rewards Card, you may notify us via:

- Approach any Genting Rewards Card Centres
Your Genting Rewards Card will be suspended immediately to avoid unauthorised usage. You may get a replacement card later at any of our Genting Rewards Card Centres located at:
Genting Highlands Resorts
(1) Hollywood, Casino de GENTING
(2) Genting Casino, First World Plaza
(3) Monte Carlo 3, Casino de GENTING
(4) Circus Palace, Casino de GENTING
All operating 24 hours.
If you have forgotten to bring your Genting Rewards Card to Genting Highlands Resorts, you may also replace it at the above locations.
Kindly be informed that replacement of card will be subject to RM10.00 / 2GP / 1,000WP for each replacement.

Please be reminded that the management reserves the rights to cancel a membership, if a member, in the management's sole opinion, has claimed an excessive number of lost cards.
2) What is the criteria for upgrading the Genting Rewards Card?
Upgrading from Classic Card to other status of Genting Rewards Card*.
All future upgrading from Classic onwards will be based on the members' power of play and frequency of activities in the casino. More importantly, members are encouraged to flash their card at the gaming tables and slot machines in order to earn Genting Points, as this will allow the management to perform further upgrading by invitation basis.
*The upgrading criteria above are only applicable to those aged 21 years and above, and non-Malaysian Muslims.
3) How can members update their particulars?
All members can update their personal contact details via any of the following modes:

For first time login, proceed to www.worldcard.com.my/en/Main/index.aspx?Link=FirstLogin to create an online membership. Please ensure the particulars provided are in accordance to the information furnished upon application of your Genting Rewards Card. If your information matches our database, our system will automatically create a PIN number and send it to the e-mail address you registered. Once you login successfully, the "Change PIN" function is available for you to change the PIN instantly.
You may follow the procedures stated as below:
a) Log on to www.worldcard.com.my/en/Main/index.aspx?Link=FirstLogin
b) Click the First Time Login button to sign up.
c) Read the instructions carefully, and fill in the information required.
d) Choose any 6 preferred digits as your PIN.
e) When all data has been confirmed, click on the "Create PIN" button
4. Am I allowed to upgrade Genting Rewards Card on behalf of others?
No. In accordance to the Genting Rewards Card Membership’s terms and conditions, invited members must approach any of our Genting Rewards Card Centres at the resort personally in order to upgrade his / her Genting Rewards Card.
5. I received a letter informing me that my membership will be upgraded to Classic Rewards Card status. May I know how do I get it upgraded?
Card members who have been selected to upgrade to Classic Card status would be required to approach any of our Genting Rewards Card Centres at the resort personally with their Genting Rewards Thematic Card and the original copy of the invitation letter in order to upgrade their card and redeem the complimentary room voucher.
6. I seem to be collecting WorldCard points very slowly. How can I accumulate points faster?
Do continue to present your WorldCard when you see the “WorldCard Welcome” stickers or signages and refer to the “WorldCard Merchant Guide” leaflet or log on to www.worldcard.com.my for the latest updates. To receive even faster updates, please provide your email address and mobile number to us.
